About the Presentation:
According to a leadership study conducted by McKinsey, there are 4 common qualities leaders exhibit of high performing teams, which includes being supportive, results driven, seeks different perspectives, and solves problems effectively. Developing leadership skills takes purposeful practice over time and the ability to see the trees from the forest in complex and emotional environments. Fight, flight or fawn is a natural human response in intense moments. However, that is when leaders need to rise up and be able to take action.
Women in positions of leadership are in a fishbowl. With every move, there are judgements externally, and sometimes most of all of ourselves.
Attend this session to learn how to:
• How to quickly problem solve when called upon
• Identify what you can and can’t control and take action
• Lean into your strengths
• Have confidence in your decisions
