Women in Energy is an organization that is committed to connecting and empowering women working in the Energy Industry. Every year we strive to recognize just some of these amazing women who are thriving, growing and making a difference in the energy industry.

We recognized our 2025 Winners at our Annual Conference and will be doing so again when we host our 2026 Conference in Salem, MA October 6-8th.

RISING STAR AWARD

The JUDY GARBER RISING STAR AWARD recognizes up-and-coming professional women with less than eight years in the energy industry. These women show great promise of being our future industry and community leaders. This award has been named in honor of Judy Garber for her long career in the energy industry and one of the founders of Women in Energy.  Nominees need to be nominated for this Award and be a Member of Women in  Energy.

New in 2025, this award recognizes at least one woman who is active in the Energy Industry. This award honors women who are pivotal to their companies’ success.

These women set the standards for excellence in customer service, operations, brand loyalty, and dedication. They are unsung heroes.

WOMAN OF THE YEAR award

The WOMAN OF THE YEAR recognizes one woman that is active in the Energy Industry and local community. They have been called out for their professional achievements and have the respect of their industry peers.  Criteria for this award:  The nominee needs to be a member of Women in Energy and, be nominated by others.
