Our founders have deep roots in the Northeast and have many years of experience in the Energy Industry. We knew it is a great industry in which to work – excellent salaries and career opportunities and wanted to share that with other women. In 2017, we identified the fact that we needed to see more women at conferences and trade shows and have the opportunity to connect with one another. So together we formed Women in Energy.
