- Release the guilt that comes from unrealistic expectations and internalized “shoulds.”

We will have some personal and professional insights during the conference. This will catapult off of the optional book club, Atomic Habits, which shares the best way to make incremental changes for huge shifts. We will be creating a 9 box vision board where we determine small things that we do each day to help us achieve our goals and celebrate success!
