
For the 2026 Women in Energy Conference, Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU) will sponsor a dynamic keynote delivered by Lisa Ryan. In the session, she’ll introduce the Six Gears of Grategy, equipping attendees with practical strategies to improve communication, increase recognition, and strengthen performance.
